Yoga with Qi at the Quay.

Saturday morning Arbroath Sea Pool Project held a Yoga session on the sea front by the Signal Tower Museum.

Twelve ladies joined Pam and some of the committee members to start the morning with some yoga, followed by a quick dip.

All the money raised goes to Abroath Sea Pool Project who are working towards the development of the sea pool.
