Probable Site

Probable Site - Due to our unique exposed location, the potential sites around Arbroath were discussed with a geologist, the Harbor master and then latterly with our architect (Studio Octopi). There were a number of sites considered but one by one were ruled out for a number of reasons. The final decision was agreed that the outer Harbour would be a perfect location, where we benefit from protection from the outer wall, but in addition its very local to benefit from all local amenities and would be able to be accessed by all.
